We are called to pray...

1 Tim 2: 1-4

First of all, then, I urge that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for everyone, for kings and all who are in high positions, so that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and dignity. This is right and is acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, who desires everyone to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.

We are called to pray, to come together in unity to pray for everyone.. the good, the bad, the tyrant, the oppressor, the oppressed, those who are suffering, those who cause the suffering. Paul asks us to especially lift up those in any position of power or influence. God wants all to be saved. Imagine a world where every oppressor, corrupt politician, human-trafficker, drug dealer/ drug lord, dictator, loan shark etc. was given the mind of Christ and suddenly saw humanity through His eyes, looking at every other person with such deep agape love, imagine….

Lets pray for change across the world, lets pray that ALL have a chance to ‘lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and dignity.’
